Liked: loved the location, perfect for my needs. bed very comfortable. Appreciated being able to fix a ight meal in the microwave.
Disliked: hard for staff to keep up with restocking breakfast needs. pantry items very expensive

Liked: The rooms were impeccable, the breakfast was excellent and they had something for everyone. I'm vegan and was able to manage to fix up something for myself and I highly appreciated the oat milk!
Disliked: It would have been nice to have free parking.

Liked: The night staff (DJ? And Paul) were excellent, extremely accommodating and helpful, Facilities were great; clean & fresh.
Disliked: We loved the one night we stayed and attempted to extend our stay for another 2nights. The day staff weren't interested in helping us extend, instead told me to try with Booking.com. when I was having trouble with the website (my Australian eSim was causing issues) the reception lady would not let us book direct with the hotel and made it all quite difficult. So we left and stayed elsewhere which was really disappointing.

Disliked: My family and I booked this hotel while we were making a huge move to Florida. I went to check into the hotel with my 4 kids and I noticed that I had lost my only card, therefore had to cancel and thank goodness we had one more night available in our home. I quickly drove back and found my card thankfully under some moving boxes! I quickly rebooked as my husband made his way to Florida and I went to check into the hotel the next day very late after a whole day of moving stuff into pods and cleaning, and they wouldn’t let my check in because it was marked as “suspicious “. I showed the lady at the front my ID and still wouldn’t accept it. They did not notify me earlier in the day that they had to cancel my reservation yet waited until I arrived to alert me. Having 4 overly tired kids I had to quickly look for somewhere else to stay. Would not recommend this location of Hyatt.
