A weeklong stay for work...

Liked: The kitchen amenities came in very handy. The jacuzzi and fire pit with a cocktail was nice after a long day.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable. The mattress is extremely firm.

The room was OK. I...

Liked: Close to the venue that we needed to get to
Disliked: I have lung cancer and I requested a first floor room, but when I checked in, there was only a third floor room and it was extremely hard for me to go up and down the stairs. It took me about 10+ minutes once I got into my room to catch my breath and be able to just move around . There should be an elevator. Because of no elevator, I will not be choosing the Hyatt house for future stay unless I am guaranteed first floor..

Will stay again if in...

Liked: Convenient location and quiet and big room.
Disliked: No escalator for 2nd and 3rd floors made it multiple trips to the car for family luggage.
