Clean updated hotel that needs...

Liked: The breakfast room was clean and well stocked. The food was very good with a nice variety,
Disliked: The temperature in the room was always too cold no matter what number you had it at. Then when you shut it off, in a few hours it becomes too hot. Our housekeeper came in one day when we had the do not disturb sign out. She cleaned nicely but didn’t restock the coffee. The clerk at the front desk was never there. On three separate occasions we would go to the counter and there was a sign that said be back in 10 minutes. When we gave up,and left we seen him outside smoking.

Liked: Close to wedding venue, Hacienda de Flores, plenty of eateries near location.

Liked: Property was clean and well kept. Dog friendly was a plus.

Liked: We liked everything! The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful; good food, a great variety, friendly staff, and we liked how you changed things up a little every day. Anton at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing.
Disliked: The elevator was a little rickety sounding. We did have a bit of an issue with room keys. Someone accidentally entered our room with a key and the next day our keys didn’t work. It was handled quickly and efficiently, and with many apologies. Also, we couldn’t close the door of the soap dispenser on the dishwasher, but that was no big deal. Housekeeping ran the dishwasher for us when they touched up the room.

Overall we had an enjoyable...

Liked: The decor was nice and staff was very friendly it was clean and very accommodating and not for from freeway close to downtown shopping, theater and restaurants and the complimentary breakfast was good.
Disliked: Requested a room refresher and the housekeepers never did it. Hallway carpet was in bad shape it was a tripping hazard
