Everyone working at the hotel was very sweet and made the stay more than enjoyable for us Canadians. Thanks again!

Disliked: Just the gal from the bar gave me a look when we asked for more coffee. Other than that, front desk and the valet people were great.

If the parking and valet service wasn't so horrid, I would have given them a 4 or 5. It alone was bad enough that I won't be coming back. They lose/misplace keys and it takes them forever to get your car. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes to get your car. And this "service" is actually required unless you find parking elsewhere. I'd look elsewhere to avoid this annoyance.

From the valet to the concierge to the buffet staff at breakfast, everyone was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. My room was comfortable and well appointed with an incredible view of the river.

Liked: This is one of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed!
Disliked: Housekeeping missed a used bandage left in the shower. It was kind of a gross discovery but I got over it. An extra shelf in the shower stall would be helpful.

Great date night stay in...

Liked: The staff was stellar. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to see us. Hyatt experienced a tech glitch just before we checked in, but the staff pivoted and took care of us quickly. We were impressed! The room was beautiful and clean and gave us a great view of the city and the Mon River. I kind of fell in love with that shower!!! :D Comfy bed and pillows, ample space to move around. Great location too - easy walking distance to shopping, eateries, bars, food trucks, and events (we did a paint and sip). On site parking was a plus. We payed an extra $20 to park, but that's standard for city hotels so we were expecting it. Gorgeous little bar in the hotel - I wish we'd had more time to hang out there!
Disliked: The breakfast was not my favorite. Scrambled eggs made from powder, and sub-par coffee. However they did offer fresh fruit, oatmeal, boiled eggs, yogurt, and more items that other patrons seemed to enjoy. I don't eat meat, but it seemed like the sausage and biscuits were popular. Plus it was free with the room, so I can't really complain.

Liked: Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great. We all loved that this was right next door to the HofBrau Haus!
Disliked: Nothing.
