Disliked: Just the gal from the bar gave me a look when we asked for more coffee. Other than that, front desk and the valet people were great.

If the parking and valet service wasn't so horrid, I would have given them a 4 or 5. It alone was bad enough that I won't be coming back. They lose/misplace keys and it takes them forever to get your car. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes to get your car. And this "service" is actually required unless you find parking elsewhere. I'd look elsewhere to avoid this annoyance.
Liked: Clean and neat room design.
Disliked: The valet service is practically required and is horrid. Plan to wait at least 30-45 minutes for your car.

From the valet to the concierge to the buffet staff at breakfast, everyone was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. My room was comfortable and well appointed with an incredible view of the river.
Liked: This is one of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed!
Disliked: Housekeeping missed a used bandage left in the shower. It was kind of a gross discovery but I got over it. An extra shelf in the shower stall would be helpful.

Wouldnt pay the price to...
Liked: Larger Rooms
Disliked: Not worth the price, needs some updating. Clean but outdated, furniture was damaged and stained.

Disliked: Don't offer water bottles at room. Poor breakfast menu.

Good
Liked: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was fantastic. Shower was nice. Bed was comfy. Room layout was great. Temperature control worked excellent.
Disliked: No daily room service. High daily parking fee without guaranteed parking spot. Overall decor needs an update, and hotel just needs fixing (carpet was loose everywhere, multiple elevators broken)

Return-worthy!!
Liked: This was a perfect location - parking on hotel premises. There are several restaurants within walking location. Very dog friendly- there is a nice dog park right across the street and a walking / jogging path behind the hotel for those doggies who prefer a solo walk along the water. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was hot buffet.
Disliked: If I had to suggest an improvement, I would replace bed pillows.

Great option in Southside Pittsburgh...
Liked: Everything was clean and breakfast was good and well stocked. Hotel was quiet in the evenings and beds/pillows very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was no nightlight option in the bathroom. Having the efficiency was great but the island in the middle of the kitchen area is large and takes up some much needed room to move around in the room. Coffee was not so great but available to guests during the day. Parking spaces were crazy tight and required much maneuvering to park in and out of the garage under the hotel.

half pleasant and half unpleasant...
Liked: The Hyatt boasts a beautiful location, and the lounge near the bar provides a wonderful atmosphere to relax and unwind. While the $20 per day parking fee offers a secure place for our vehicle, navigating the narrow entry and exit roads proved to be a bit challenging.
Disliked: During breakfast, a member of the food service team (wearing a black cap and mustache) was quite assertive in directing how guests selected and toasted their bread. This constant observation made for an uncomfortable dining experience.Additionally, the dining table near the window had a greasy and dusty base, which appeared to be in need of cleaning.Regarding housekeeping, it seemed that bedroom cleaning and bed-making were only available twice in the past two days.Finally, the dried grapes in the nuts section had an off-putting odor and seemed stale
