This hotel was so nice. The next few less expensive hotels in the area were only $20-30 cheaper a night and nowhere near as nice looking as this. It was our first getaway with our two year old and there was enough space and separation in our king room that everything was very comfortable for all of us. Loved the pool and free breakfast. My husband's band played at Mr. Small's and it was the perfect area for the toddler and I to unwind and for my husband to relax once he finished his show. Also convenient to Pittsburgh attractions the following day! Thank you for such a pleasant trip and comfortable accommodations!

We tend to use AirBnB a lot when we travel, mostly for the price. But this particular trip, all the AirBnB's in the area we were looking at were pretty expensive. The price of Hyatt House was totally comparable, so I opted to book a hotel room there. The staff was friendly

Disliked: There was a large family with many adults and what seemed like dozens of kids in the room next to us. They liked to hang out in the hallway. OMG.

Liked: The staff kept knocking on our door asking us if an alarm was going off and each time it wasn't. There was a fire alarm that sounded for over 3 hours in one day. It felt like there were bedbugs in the bed. When calling down to have sheets changed I could never get an answer.
