Liked: The property was clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Disliked: It was very disappointing that the pool was not accessible. I was on a weekend trip with my granddaughter and we were both looking forward to using the pool. it did not say on the website when I booked my stay that the pool was not in service. Otherwise I would’ve booked at another location. when I spoke to management about maybe receiving some sort of discount on the price. They told me they were not allowed to give any discounts because of the pool will not be in service. I explained to them that had I known that the pool was not in service. I would not have booked this day and that on the website it did not clearly show that the pool was not in service. I spoke with two separate people, one of them a manager, and they absolutely refuse to give me any sort of refund on my price for my stay at this hotel. I will not be booking at this hotel again.

Disliked: Booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and then it was closed while we were there. Was not notified of the change, wouldn't have known until I looked at my reservation before we left and then it was too late to find something else.

Disliked: I know they try to give a good breakfast. They try to cook a nice spread, but the stuff tasted stale.old. Very dry, like, for example, the waffles very dry, very, very dry. The fruit Just taste it like it came out of a can.
