Liked: Didn’t like the pool was closed, but being right next to the melting pot was amazing.

Very nice stay

Liked: The hotel and our room were very nice and clean. We loved the kitchen amenities. The bartender at the bar was wonderful and very helpful, I believe his name is Kevin. The free breakfast was nice and there was a nice selection of cold and hot foods. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The highchairs in the dining room need to be cleaned, and we wiped down the one we used. The dishwasher strainer in our room was not clean. We had to empty it and discovered broken glass in the filter, we let the front desk staff know about this at checkout. The hotel only had one working elevator, which caused longer wait times and crowded elevators with guests.

Liked: Did not eat breakfast, I think the bed could have been firmer, my overall visit was good
Disliked: Bed too soft

Liked: The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and quite extensive. Scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, potatoes, and oatmeal were available. I would stay at this property again.

Liked: Room was super comfortable
Disliked: The pool was nice but sooo full of children until after 9 pm. This gave us very little time to enjoy the pool and hot tub as adults. Don’t get me wrong… I am a mom and love children but, I was traveling with my adult children and wanted to enjoy conversation and relaxation which was impossible until after 9-9:30 pm. This cannot be resolved but it was my personal experience. Not the hotels fault.
