Disappointed because we stayed in...

Liked: Young lady at the front desk was kind and helpful and did her best to fix the first issue.
Disliked: -no pillows on the bed. Front desk clerk brought us pillows.-remote didn’t work.-hole in shower ceiling and was leaking. Very gross. Also bathroom was very unclean. We showed a video of the leaking ceiling to front desk clerk in the morning.

I would stay again if...

Liked: Location and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Terrible uncomfortable torn dirty couch … belongs in the garbage,. Complained to front desk … 2 week stay … nothing was done about replacing the furniture.

Superb

Liked: Very clean. Good (weekday) breakfast with very good omelettes. Many rooms have nice kitchenettes
Disliked: Lower floors have street lights shining on windows. Definitely suggest using floor 4 or 5. At night, there is only one clerk who can be hard to find.
