A good and friendly place

Liked: Nick at reception was so helpful, greeted us by name every time we walked in or out of Hyatt House, and he went the extra mile. Spacious well equipped room, great view and excellent location.Good and varied breakfast

Liked: The location and the room was great and comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast Buffet that was part of our stay and costs was mostly cleared away 15 minutes before it was to stop. It said 6:30 to 9 am however at 8:45 most of the items were cleared away and the gal working it said people had taken more than their fair share so they had none left. At least 75 percent of the items were taken away. We had to ask for a bowl for some oatmeal that was still left and all the glasses were gone. She then started shutting the doors while we were still in the room it was 9:01. Others came at 9:02 and 9:04 and it was closed. You have a beautiful hotel, but many people left upset and angry about the way the breakfast was handled, they were even talking about it In the elevator. Who knows how much business you will lose in the future because of this experience. We had not talked about not going back to a Hilton hotel after that experience, but I talked to the front desk gal and told her what had taken place and she took money off of the reservation for the breakfast and was very nice about it, which made us feel a little better, at least she tried to remedy the situation a little.
