Liked: We had a great stay for 6 nights at Hyatt House Chelsea. Nice and clean room with a delicious breakfast. Good location for numerous subway stations.A big thank you to Vonetra Gonzalez, she was great. We had some issues but she handled it very professionally and made it a fantastic stay for us!

Good choice in Manhattan

Liked: Great location, amazing view. Clean rooms, comortable beds, friendly staff, average breakfast.
Disliked: Sometimes the elevator was really busy.

Good experience

Liked: Beautiful view of the Empire State. Good accommodation, with everything you could need. Breakfast was good and the location is excellent, close to many points of interest within short distances and close to the subway too.
Disliked: TV in the room wasn't working. When we arrived we couldn't find the remote control, but as soon as we spoke to the staff it was made available, however the TV still didn't turn on.

A very enjoyable stay, ideally...

Liked: Rooms cleaned every day. Gym facilities enough for a workout. Beds were comfortable. Close to transport links and Times Square.
Disliked: Could do with some Mr Muscle down the plug holes. They didn't drain very quickly.

Liked: fairly good size room with kitchenette facilities.great location. great fitness room.great reception staff.
Disliked: So so breakfast. Breakfast dining room staff was a bit annoying, constantly moving people around and a bit pushy. They made breakfast feel rushed and unpleasant. Slow wifi.
