Had a great time in Nashville. The room was excellent, but the staff seemed to be a little neglecting to help people. You want an excellent rating, you gotta earn it.

Liked: The room was great and a wonderful use of space.
Disliked: Tried to get a drink at the bar at 4p.m. on Sunday, but no one was working it. If the bar is closed then put up a bar sign saying CLOSED. The lady working the counter was not helpful and it seemed like I was bothering her to ask her if the bar was even open. I found her and this issue very annoying after being on the road for 4 hours.

Liked: This property was excellent for a couple who mostly wanted to stay in the Downtown area and explore Broadway. The staff were so helpful and there was a laundry we could access and a beautiful pool.
