Had a great time in Nashville. The room was excellent, but the staff seemed to be a little neglecting to help people. You want an excellent rating, you gotta earn it.

Liked: The room was great and a wonderful use of space.
Disliked: Tried to get a drink at the bar at 4p.m. on Sunday, but no one was working it. If the bar is closed then put up a bar sign saying CLOSED. The lady working the counter was not helpful and it seemed like I was bothering her to ask her if the bar was even open. I found her and this issue very annoying after being on the road for 4 hours.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Breakfast options (fresh fruits) ran out too soon. Pillows were lumpy and one party in our group did not sleep well as a result. We were travelling with a toddler and in our four day stay, we did not receive any housekeeping. Despite their 3 day policy we were stuck using damp towels and the garbage was overflowing. The safe inside the room stopped working after one use. Contacting the front desk took several attempts every time a call was placed. The hotel also doesn't have access to drinking water except in the gym.

Liked: We had a great trip! The Hyatt House is located just a few blocks from many of the attractions we visited, so we were able to walk almost everywhere!

I usually stay in cheaper...

Liked: I went to the City Winery to see the Bodeans. Hyatt House Nashville is right across the street. I was so happy about the short walk. Hyatt House was so beautiful inside from the Lobby to the room, I felt like a rich person living in luxury. They set up a ride back to the airport for me the next morning. He arrived early so I didn't have to worry about being late, but I can't comment on breakfast. It looked good though.
