As expected

Liked: This is my 4th time staying here, the breakfast is good for being complimentary. The room is good and clean. The wifi didn't give me a problem this time. The only time I really hear other people is when they slam their doors or are walking in the halls.
Disliked: The front desk every time tells me the cleaning for the room will be done every other day, i stayed there for 6 days and it was only cleaned one time. Also, when I checked in, they tried to charge me for the room again even though I already paid on booking.

Liked: The hotel was close to Ascension hospital which was convenient for my husbands surgery. The accommodations were very nice and the staff was kind, considerate and helpful. Breakfast was great!
Disliked: Our room was chilly. The heat didn’t keep up with the size of the suite. We eventually turned the heat to 80° and the room temp hovered around 65°. I’m sure that temp works well for some..but not older folks lol, especially post surgical patients. We were offered the choice of changing to another room but it was difficult to move after surgery.
