Liked: Breakfast was good. Wished it started a bit earlier for a Saturday am, but it worked. The room was very clean and spacious. The toiletries provided were nice—my daughter especially liked them. The room darkening shades worked great and the linens were nice.
Disliked: We requested early check in, but our room wasn’t ready until 1.5hrs after normal check in time. (Requested early check in at 130—when we didn’t get an email it was ready, we ended up going to a late lunch and showed up at our hotel room by 345–normal check in 3pm—room wasn’t ready until 420/430) It did alter our plans to go back into the downtown area for the evening since we have young kids. I wish I would have received an email saying it was delayed still at 3pm. Instead we got stuck waiting at the hotel for 45min for our room. The pull out couch was in rough condition as well. It was very easy to hear people walking around everywhere and doors slamming. This is always expected with a hotel though!

Liked: Convenient to everything. Quiet and clean. Drinks at the bar were expensive but that’s Nashville.
Disliked: Strange n slightly inappropriate conversation from the bartender
