A great hotel- safe, clean,...

Liked: There was a vandalism of cars at nearby hotel that hosted the event we were in town for so the neighborhood is sketchy. I was glad the Hyatt had very secure parking! I would definitely stay here again at the price point we paid. Also, the breakfast was done well and was appreciated. The room was specious and clean.

well-equipped for a relaxing stay.

Liked: Excellent accommodation with a sofa bed! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Perfect for families or groups needing extra sleeping arrangements. Highly recommend! Good breakfast.
Disliked: The only issue was the AC, which wouldn’t go above 70°F. We would have preferred at least 74°F but didn’t request assistance as it was late. While it could likely have been resolved, I believe guests should be able to adjust the temperature without issue. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

Staff is great, but the...

Liked: The staff was very friendly & engaging. The score we gave is higher solely due to the staff interaction.
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible & extremely limited. Having stayed in numerous hotel chains, I would rate this property at the lowest level for the food.

I will stay here again.

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly, room was clean and comfortable, they gave me an option of where I wanted my room (floor).
Disliked: Eggs were powdery at breakfast. Gluten free bread options would be amazing.
