Liked: very good food and great location!
Disliked: It would be better if the pool had a heater in this time of the year. As the water was really cold.

Disliked: Staff is robotic and didnt emphathize with my travel needs. I needed to extend my stay and the only gave me one hr grace, as if i didnt already knew that’s given. I needed more time. No one went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Disappointing as we couldn’t relax...

Liked: Room was clean and tidy. Swimming pool was lovely and the outlook over the river was also very good. Location was well placed to visit 5th and the beach
Disliked: The room faced US41 and even with the doors closed the noise was really loud. Balcony was superfluous as it was much too noisy to sit out there.Also the hotel is on the flight path for planes landing at the airport. This meant that whilst sitting at the pool you enjoyed low flying Lear jets directly overhead every 90 secs or so at peak times. Much too noisy to enjoy the pool area peacefully. Also the car parking charge of $25 per night is excessive when the room rate was quite expensive relative to the above issues.

Superb

Liked: Great location and a very nice pool. Hotel facilities and room is nicely equipped- we booked a room with a kitchenette so that was perfect for our family. Complimented breakfast is exceptional and everything is refilled even until 5min before its closure.
Disliked: Nothing

Good

Liked: The hotel is good, the personal, the rooms, the pool are great.
Disliked: But the breakfast is terrible.
