Liked: Its location and it was clean.
Disliked: The staff was not incredibly friendly or knowledgeable about the area. Beyond soap and hair care products there were no other toiletries in the room. The complimentary breakfast was not great. Same choices everyday.

Disliked: The facility is a "bare bones" hotel. We truly did not like the facility at all! We paid a ridiculous rate for this non-amenities hotel. We truly felt we were "taken" with the payment verses the value.

Liked: Location was great ,you can walk to Tin City and Bayfront easily
Disliked: The beds and pillows were not to the normally standard we are use to at a Hyatt

Liked: We had a great room with balcony overlooking the Gordon River. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of items.Trixie / reception-concierge and Antonio / at Latitude 26 Restaurant were excellent and very helpful."Tin City" Waterfront shops/restaurants in Old Naples was close by.The hotel was close to downtown Naples and Venetian Bay. Marco Island was a short drive away.
