I was catfished and will...

Disliked: There was mold growth in the bathroom and a sticky substance on the door frame. The sofa was ripped apart and was very dirty. There were holes all over the walls and the room looked nothing like online. When I brought it to the concierge’s attention, nothing was remediated or apologized for.

Liked: Good breakfast, facility and friendly staff
Disliked: Comfortable, clean and good value for money

Liked: Great location, yummy hearty breakfast, staff is great and super clean
Disliked: We stayed 3 days, would have liked fresh towels and for them to take our trash (although the front desk gave us trash bags and said to leave them outside our room door) once during our stay.

Disliked: Kids kept knocking at the door and running. Disturbing me and my spouse. Also, they kept running and making noise

Liked: location, how clean the room was and the front desk staff for Friday
Disliked: how housekeeping never knocked before entering the room on Saturday
