Liked: We did not stay there. I booked a room for three and was told that only two people could be accommodated. They would not give us a room for three, although I was charged the entire amount for three nights.I
Disliked: When I asked for a larger room, and was told I could not change the reservation I asked to cancel and was told by the manager that the reservation was cancelled. Yet I was charged the whole amount of over $600. I will never use Booking.com again.

Comfortable rooms but alot of...

Liked: The room is convenient to accommodate family. The breakfast in the morning was also convenient. The location is fantastic ..close to family and friends for us.
Disliked: The kitchen accommodations were a bit lacking. For a room that accommodates at least two couples or 4 people..we only had cups, plates and utensils for less. Only one room had a waste basket in the bathroom. I asked for another and was told they could not provide. We were there over the New Year holiday. The folks staying above us had a party. Loud music and alot of people that I am sure were not staying at the room. We tried to complain at the front office, but no one answered the phone. We had to endure it all night until about 4 am. I had my elderly parents with me.

Disliked: Basketball court next to rooms in courtyard. Was actually people playing at 1:00am. Front desk not available to answer phone. Actually had party at room near us and could smell strong odors of dope while walking to room as party goers were outside the rooms. Probably will not stay again.
