Liked: Close to the airport. I had to go this hotel as my flight got cancelled.
Disliked: The overall quality of rooms and food does not live up to the Hyatt brand. The sheets on the bed were crumbled and i found thin hair on them which was unacceptable. Also there was a strange smell in the pillows. Nothing felt qualitative . And for USD 225 per night, you’d expect decent accommodation services.Breakfast (included) - absolutely ridiculous. It did not feel fresh and was not tasty either.

Liked: Cleanliness! Comfort! Spacious & privacy. Feels like you're actually home. Very nice staff. Helpful and understanding.
Disliked: There's cheaper but not exactly better, suite hotels around the area. I still chose Hyatt house due to my previous experience.

Liked: The included breakfast was good. The room was ideal for a group of one adult and two kids due to the kitchenette and sofa-bed. Beds very comfortable. Staff on property all helpful. Only ten minutes from the airport.
Disliked: Contrary to what the airport hotel shuttle dispatcher thought, the shuttle bus from the airport on arrival was apparently running on request-only, but the telephone number on the email did not connect for either me or the dispatcher, so after waiting 40 minutes watching buses from every other hotel chain on the planet pass by, we had to get a cab from a different level at the airport, which was irritating straight off a 9hr international flight with two tired kids in tow.

Their professionalism truly stood out.My stay at the Hyatt House Miami Airport was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made my trip all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay near the airport.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the phone in the room was not working, making it difficult to communicate with hotel staff or order room service. This inconvenience disrupted my stay and made it challenging to address any further concerns promptly.One of the rooms I stayed in had a lower bed than usual, which was a bit unexpected but manageable. Additionally, the bathroom door lock was falling off, which was concerning for privacy and security reasons. However, upon reporting these issues to the staff, they were promptly addressed and fixed, ensuring my comfort and safety.
