Not a bad place. Quiet...

Liked: Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a good experience.
Disliked: 2nd and 3rd floor rooms no elevator from what I can see.

Liked: The room was terrible! The heating didn’t work, and despite asking the reception for help, they couldn’t do anything about it. We ended up sleeping with four blankets, a hoodie, and a beanie—absolutely insane! On top of that, the room was filthy, with leftover packaging and even underwear from the previous guest. Honestly, for this price—or any price—it was a complete nightmare.

A bad experience.

Liked: The hotel was close to LAX.
Disliked: The location wa not in a good part of town. The location looked seedy. The room had bed mites. My wife was bitten multiple times. I would not stay again. This hotel does not rate as a Hyatt.

We left a day early...

Liked: Comfortable bed and nice breakfast
Disliked: Dirty room, wasn’t what it was advertised as, was so loud, area wasn’t as made to seem - it wasn’t in Manhattan Beach it is some other area which was industrial and they charge a lot for parking!
