Superb

Liked: Location was perfect, about 3 miles from the beach. Lots of restaurants near, within walking distance.
Disliked: No usb ports, to charge electronics, need plugged adapters. Tram can be loud at 5am.

Liked: 2-br option works really well for my family, price was reasonable, staff were nice and very responsive..
Disliked: reception and dining areas looked well-maintained, but the actual unit we stayed at looked really old and needed some upgrading..

False Advertisement

Liked: The staff was amazing, the kitchen area was decent, and the location was nice. However, the room was filthy, the carpet was filthy, and we had to request towels several times before we received them. All sinks leaked them.The living room pull-out sofa was extremely uncomfortable you could feel only the springs. We had to purchase two mattress covers.

Disliked: Front desk staff very rude an I still haven't received a receipt for my stay an I have charges that can not be explained but I was told check your account in 10 days an you will know if you was over charged or not by Cathy or kathy

Very disappointing

Liked: The 2 women working the front desk tried to be helpful.
Disliked: The “restaurant” didn’t exist on site. There was no heat in my room despite a night of 45 degrees. The thermostat could not be adjusted above 64 and only blew out cold air. Even though the room had a kitchen it only came with 1 spaghetti sized pot.

Comfortable for a short stay...

Liked: Comfortable room . Beds were super comfy . Lovely lobby and sitting area for breakfast . Clean pool .Amazing friendly staff who went out of their way for us and made us feel very welcome ! They allowed us to leave our bags before and after to accommodate our travel plans .
Disliked: Rooms are worn and need some freshening up . Also quite dark . Location was not great for walking but we knew when booking where it was so not their fault at all .

It met my basic needs.

Disliked: The housekeeping is only on request. I was expecting regular housekeeping for the price,
