Liked: Good location, close to airport, with free shuttle. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: I stayed twice in two weeks, and there was always something...first time I checked in, the room had not been properly cleaned nor the bed properly made up. The TV didn't work. I had to go down and report this to the front desk. They told me somebody would be along in a few minutes. Half an hour later, nobody showed up. Had to go down again. Got moved to another room. The second time I checked in, there were no glasses in the room, nothing in the mini-bar. TV again was acting up although I finally got it to work. I tried calling the front desk and room service about the lack of glasses and mini-bar. The phone just rang forever and nobody picked up. Each incident, on it's own, maybe not a big deal...but so many of them over the course of two stays? Really not good enough.
