We were in Indianapolis to see Adam Sandler. We'd never stayed at Hyatt House before but I chose it for the location. It is literally a five minute walk to the front entrance of Gainbridge Arena. They have valet parking which I highly recommend. You pull up, they open your door, help you unload and your vehicle is whisked away. When you are ready to leave our vehicle was waiting at the curb before we could ride the elevator down. Our whole weekend was so easy it was amazing. Would not hesitate to go to another event there.

Liked: It's a beautiful hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, with an awesome shower. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel had valet parking which I would highly recommend because of the downtown location. I thought the price was very reasonable.

Liked: We like that it was centrally located. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: I feel the breakfast should be extended till around 10:00. We came from the city that had a different time zone and it took us a while to adjust. Also would have liked to have seen some USB charging ports. We didn't bring our AC adapters.
