We were in Indianapolis to see Adam Sandler. We'd never stayed at Hyatt House before but I chose it for the location. It is literally a five minute walk to the front entrance of Gainbridge Arena. They have valet parking which I highly recommend. You pull up, they open your door, help you unload and your vehicle is whisked away. When you are ready to leave our vehicle was waiting at the curb before we could ride the elevator down. Our whole weekend was so easy it was amazing. Would not hesitate to go to another event there.
Liked: It's a beautiful hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, with an awesome shower. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel had valet parking which I would highly recommend because of the downtown location. I thought the price was very reasonable.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Best breakfast I've ever had at a "breakfast included" hotel! Seriously - the eggs were very tasty as well as all the food.
Disliked: Parking car garage pricing - $43 to park your car overnight is extremely high in my opinion.

Disliked: Price was a ripoff. The breakfast facilities were an afterthought. When the hotel is full and trying to serve guests breakfast, the space is completely inadequate, and the staff are overwhelmed. The bar/restaurant area is a similar mess at peak hours. When I was there at the bar during a busy time, there didn’t seem to be a bartender. Lot’s of staff running around with dishes, glasses, checks. No one was supervising and no one asking me if they could help. I got very upset with this lack of service.
