Hyatt House Indianapolis Downtown, Indianapolis

We were in Indianapolis to see Adam Sandler. We'd never stayed at Hyatt House before but I chose it for the location. It is literally a five minute walk to the front entrance of Gainbridge Arena. They have valet parking which I highly recommend. You pull up, they open your door, help you unload and your vehicle is whisked away. When you are ready to leave our vehicle was waiting at the curb before we could ride the elevator down. Our whole weekend was so easy it was amazing. Would not hesitate to go to another event there.

Liked: It's a beautiful hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, with an awesome shower. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel had valet parking which I would highly recommend because of the downtown location. I thought the price was very reasonable.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: The room had left over trash and the frig was dirty. I also had an issue with booking the room and Hyatt was not helpful in regards to it.

Super expensive parking and dumb...

Disliked: Feel like the lights are wired incorrectly. Couldn’t get bathroom lights on. After wasting and hour on them, found that the switch by the door controls many but not all of the lights including the bathroom. So to use the bathroom at night you almost have to leave the master switch on but you can’t turn all lights off in the main room. It a terrible setup and seems like a mistake

Disliked: My boyfriend and I stayed there for one night and we had forgotten $75 worth of gift cards in the side table when we checked out, We had taken them out of our wallets and placed them there before continuing on our visit to other places to avoid losing them but we had forgotten we had put them there so when we had gotten home we called the hotel to tell them we had forgotten them and they told us they would call us and return them only to find out that they allowed the maid to keep them. Highly disappointed and would not recommend unless you make sure you do not leave anything behind cause they will not return it to you.
