We were in Indianapolis to see Adam Sandler. We'd never stayed at Hyatt House before but I chose it for the location. It is literally a five minute walk to the front entrance of Gainbridge Arena. They have valet parking which I highly recommend. You pull up, they open your door, help you unload and your vehicle is whisked away. When you are ready to leave our vehicle was waiting at the curb before we could ride the elevator down. Our whole weekend was so easy it was amazing. Would not hesitate to go to another event there.

Liked: It's a beautiful hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, with an awesome shower. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel had valet parking which I would highly recommend because of the downtown location. I thought the price was very reasonable.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: It was centrally located for our needs for this trip. Directly across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse and walking distance to multiple restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: We had some issues with getting out of the parking garage and paying our fees. They did have a customer service person available who promptly assisted us and resolve our issue.

Very disappointed

Liked: The location was perfect. The front desk staff was friendly.
Disliked: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like a mattress topper was placed on a box spring. My fiance and I tossed and turned the whole night and didn't get much sleep at all. The pillows and bed linens had black lint balls over them and there was a stain on the fitted sheet. The couch looked worn and as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The sink faucets had finger prints on them as well as soap scum. The room just didn't look thoroughly cleaned. I was very disappointed being that it is the Hyatt and I expected more. I've stayed in places less reputable and the rooms were nicer than what my fiance and I stayed in Monday night. We even had trouble exiting the premises because our key card was not working. I was hoping to have had a better experience but unfortunately that wasn't the case. It definitely was not worth the almost $300 night stay.

Conveniently located but over priced...
