We were in Indianapolis to see Adam Sandler. We'd never stayed at Hyatt House before but I chose it for the location. It is literally a five minute walk to the front entrance of Gainbridge Arena. They have valet parking which I highly recommend. You pull up, they open your door, help you unload and your vehicle is whisked away. When you are ready to leave our vehicle was waiting at the curb before we could ride the elevator down. Our whole weekend was so easy it was amazing. Would not hesitate to go to another event there.
Liked: It's a beautiful hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, with an awesome shower. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel had valet parking which I would highly recommend because of the downtown location. I thought the price was very reasonable.
Disliked: Nothing.

It was a decent stay....
Liked: It was close to everything and right across from Gainbridge!
Disliked: The amount of money we had to pay for the room that we had. For it being a king suite it was awfully small. The food and drinks were a little over priced and some drinks couldn’t be made because the person behind the counter didn’t know what to do. For food orders the wait time was longer than expected. I think they need more staff for bigger functions.

We will be back
Liked: It is a beautiful property with modern furnishings
Disliked: We didn’t have a QR code for our room to order room service. And the parking being $104 for 2 night is pricey.

I would not stay here...
Liked: Close proximity to the event we were visiting at Gainbridge.
Disliked: 4 elevators to share between 15 floors of guest and housekeeping staff. Most trips from the 10th or 15th floor took 20-40 minutes depending on the time of day. 2 of the 4 elevators were working intermittently. Check in was scheduled for 3:00 pm. I had reservations for 2 rooms. The 1st room wasn’t ready until 5:00 pm. The second room almost 6:00 pm before available. The check in desk didn’t seem to care about the huge inconvenience since traveling with young children and needing a place to get ready for our event. The breakfast takes 20-30 minutes of standing In line just to load up with food in your hands and no place to sit and eat.
