We were in Indianapolis to see Adam Sandler. We'd never stayed at Hyatt House before but I chose it for the location. It is literally a five minute walk to the front entrance of Gainbridge Arena. They have valet parking which I highly recommend. You pull up, they open your door, help you unload and your vehicle is whisked away. When you are ready to leave our vehicle was waiting at the curb before we could ride the elevator down. Our whole weekend was so easy it was amazing. Would not hesitate to go to another event there.

Liked: It's a beautiful hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, with an awesome shower. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel had valet parking which I would highly recommend because of the downtown location. I thought the price was very reasonable.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: It's a Hyatt House, so the room felt more like a home to myself than a typical sterile hotel room. Living space, a full-on kitchen with stove, microwave/oven, toaster, dishwasher, and a full-sized fridge.Laundry room and a gym was also available, but I didn't need to use them this time.The view of the Field House wasn't bad either.The calzone place down stairs was alright.Staff were friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Not exactly close to the convention center, but the electric scooters made a quick work of the travels. It also means it's less busy than the others, so less noise and distractions, which is nice.Felt like the heater couldn't keep up with the cold and had to set the thermostat to 78F to be kind of warm, but to be fair, this was in the middle of December..

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel.I enjoyed the breakfast.My room was clean and the towels were fresh.
Disliked: It was very cold, very hard to regulate the temperature of my room.There were times I entered the hotel and it seemed like the staff at the reception desk did not want me there, almost as if they were following me.
