Parking Garage has many Hazards...

Liked: Great Location close to NRG. Staff is courteous. Room was comfortable, and spacious with small fridge. Many elevators. Breakfast is buffet and food was adequate.
Disliked: Parking Garage is a catastrophic accident waiting to happen. I suffered an accident damaging my Truck due to lack of safety protocols. There are many preventable hazards and standard safety protocol items that are missing in garage, which seems contrary to the Hyatt brand. For instance, there were not any convex mirrors (on ceiling) at the up/down ramps or anywhere, to assist in blind spots and improve visibility around corners (as views are obstructed with the wide support columns). There are no traffic flow and control directional signage on each floor leading to chaotic traffic flow. There is no one-way traffic flow (circulatory) for floors level 3 and above, where there are two rows of parking available with each row being narrow. At each ramp the turn is narrow and parking is allowed at the top of the turn decreasing area to make a turn. The first floor of the parking garage has many dangerous hazards where customers park to remove luggage blocking incoming traffic and obstructing cars attempting to park in 15 minute parking. Two way traffic on first floor cannot both fit comfortably. Adding to the hazards the Hotel Shuttle van parks its vehicle on the first floor parking garage for customers which only adds to the congestion. Note on Breakfast. There does not seem to be any security or checks on the breakfast as I saw people come from outside to eat breakfast.

Liked: Literally everything! So clean and everyone was so nice. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were nice, the pool area is awesome and the gym was immaculate! Continental breakfast and coffee bar was such a nice set up!
Disliked: Can’t think of anything at all.
