Liked: Location was very good and the hotel was good
Disliked: The staff needs to be more attentive and responsive. When I requested a comb, they didn’t have one, which was understandable. However, when I asked for a moisturizer, I was given a used one that had water mixed—this is completely unacceptable. It raises concerns about hygiene and quality control.A better level of service and attention to guest needs would greatly improve the experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure better

Liked: Location great. Breakfast acceptable. Room large & clean, but outdated.
Disliked: Lobby was dark & dreary. Not inviting.Carpet in lobby was torn.

Liked: The location was near many attractions and restaurants, great for first time visitors. The breakfast was also good, plenty of options. Love the option for a late check out with no additional fee, very courteous and convenient to guests that might have a late flight.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off 3 times and at the worst time, once at around 1am, and the other times very early 4-6am. It was at least 1x a day. It was very random, and disruptive I mean it woke us up and we weren't able to sleep well after that, were unsure of what was going outside. There was no notification of it being due to some sort of drill.Didn't help that the phone in our room was not working, we tried calling the lobby to see if we should evacuate, and it was not connected, we did find a cord/extension for it, but still didn't work properly. Let the lobby know if this, but nothing was really said about it or that it would be fixed, thought that was weird.
