Superb

Liked: Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Great location for accessing Fishkill and Beacon. Rooms are big, very spacious, well supplied and clean.
Disliked: Decor a little dated in areas. Breakfast was ok but the hot selection was always cold and served on small plastic plates , which makes it a little unappealing. Burners need to be better to keep the hot food at an adequate temperature.

It was good and would...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. There was a misunderstanding about my need for no down or feather pillows (I didn’t double check as I should have) and a housekeeping come supervisor came within 15 mins to change all my bedding. Also, for some reason (perhaps because it markets itself for extended stays) the food and pantry items are MUCH less expensive than other hotels.
Disliked: It is a older hotel, some things are new and shiny, some are a little worn down. There was nothing on the breakfast I wanted to eat so wasn’t able to take advantage. But breakfast is also the meal I’m pickiest about. They do have a lot of options.
