Disliked: The rooms were a little out dated. I expected a lot more. The bathroom floors looked un mopped and swept. The carpet in the rooms is disgusting. The look old and dirty. Not even vacuumed. I was unsure of the cleanliness I slept on top of the sheets not under.

Great location near Convention Center...

Liked: We picked Hyatt House for it's location near the convention center and amenities (free breakfast, allowed pets, on-site bar/restaurant). The staff was super friendly and answered any questions we had.
Disliked: The only issue we had was the elevators had a sign indicating you needed to use your room card to access the upper floors, however I only found one elevator that restricted access unless you had a key card. So, anyone could use the elevator whether they were staying there or not. With several conferences going on during our stay, there were a lot of people coming and going and it's just a safety issue for the guests.

Great room layout and location...

Liked: The layout of the room was awesome! The full wall of windows, the full kitchen, the location were all great!!!
Disliked: Was not cleaned very well. when we went to pull down the sheets in the bed room, the comforter had what looked like blood on it. clearly not washed. made us question everything else. The king bed was about a 5 in the comfort level and the pull out couch was about a 2!!

Great Hotel and Wonderful Staff

Liked: Spacious, quiet, clean, modern room, nice kitchen, comfy bed & pillows, great bathroom & shower. Wonderful staff.
Disliked: Original room key needed to access elevator did not work. Got it replaced. Breakfast mediocre.
