Disappointed paying extra for a...

Liked: My first room was beautiful. Clean, seemed fairly new. Comfortable.
Disliked: The second room I stayed it was like I was at a different hotel. Room was dirty. Beat up. Damage everywhere. Not very comfortable.

Beautiful, well-located property, staffed with...

Liked: Fantastic service by everyone at hotel. Room (accessible) with kitchen & living area spacious & well stocked. My daughter was having surgery at St Anthony’s and staff did all they could to see to her comfort.
Disliked: Shower curtain (which possibly replaced a glass door) did not reach floor, so water everywhere when showering. To us, this was a relatively minor inconvenience.

Nice little stay in Lakewood

Liked: Nice hotel in a great location. Close to Nordstrom rack, In-N-Out, target
Disliked: Latch on the bathroom didn’t work. Sharing parking with target is kind of a weird setup , but we did find parking.
