This visit was disappointing compared...

Liked: I always enjoy the breakfast. The day staff working the morning I left are always pleasant.
Disliked: With being a solo traveler, I did not like the location of my room. There was something that looked like a concrete patio which looked like it surrounded most of the 2nd floor corner right outside my window. I chose to not ask if I could change the room because the front desk staff when I checked in spoke quite rudely.Previous visits, I have been able to connect my mobile device to the TV. This was not the case. Again, I chose to not ask the front desk staff.Finally, the bathroom sink faucet would run hot for only about a minute then turn cold. If I wanted hot water again, I had to leave the faucet off for a bit then turn it back on.

Excellent and relaxing.

Liked: The pool was nice, and the rooms well appointed and clean. Loved the shower.
Disliked: Parking was a bit odd, and seemed too small for the size of the hotel. It was also shared with other businesses.

Liked: Good breakfast, clean, friendly responsive staff
Disliked: Not enough wheelchair parking, initially the room did not have, an iron, coffee pot, or shower chair. It does not have a shower curtain and the bed is too high to access from a wheelchair.

Liked: Rude disrespectful against woman and a child
Disliked: The people working there

Extremely disappointed

Liked: Conveniently located to the hospital
Disliked: We asked several times to extend our stay as our daughter was going to be admitted to the hospital. The staff kept telling us we could extend on the day our current booking came due. On that day tho, the room we were in was no longer available and we had to pack up and move to another hotel. It was extremely inconvenient as it was the same day our daughter had surgery. We won’t be using this hotel again in the future due to this experience.
