We really enjoyed our stay there, loved the kitchen set up! The room was very clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Getting charged an additional fee for parking. Was unaware of this charge until I was checking in. At that point didn’t have a choice

Liked: We were in Dallas for a Stars game, and the hotel was only a short walk from the stadium. It was also close to a nice restaurant, Elephant East, which we visited during our stay.
Disliked: Our room was old and not all that clean. We also had a room near the elevator so we had to listen to the bell every time the doors opened.

Absolutely the worst hotel I...

Liked: One of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed at for business! My bed was lumpy and concave, the pillows had no structure, the staff had an attitude, the 2 inch gap at the door was creepy, the parking garage gate didn’t close at night, the food was disgusting. The oatmeal looked like water was poured into it and not cooked at all. Also the carpet in the room was so disgusting that my shoes stuck to the floor when I walked on it.
Disliked: NOTHING
