We really enjoyed our stay there, loved the kitchen set up! The room was very clean and comfortable.

Disliked: No ice or drinks on the 4th floor.

Comfortable, pleasant hotel within walking...

Liked: The staff went above and beyond wishing my husband a happy birthday and leaving him a birthday card and gift in our room.
Disliked: The breakfast was decent but could really have used some fruit. The French toast sticks were kind of dry. Also, the pool looked a little dirty.

Liked: The bartender was so friendly! We enjoyed chatting with him while we had a few drinks before attending a concert at the American Airlines center. We were pleased with the location in relation to the American Airlines center and the room was comfortable and met our needs!
Disliked: We had to wait a little bit longer than I expected for check in. There were quite a few people waiting to check in.
