Liked: Location was decent and I liked the layout of the rooms
Disliked: This stay was terrible. Rude staff and filthy room with fat cockroaches. When we informed the desk they let us know that “it is that part of the year.” Staff said that we could talk to management the next day but we didn’t bother because it was clear that this experience is just the standard at this property.

Liked: The area is perfect, the privacy is perfect, everything is perfect.
Disliked: Cleaning, when I arrived the bed was unmade, the carpet and the refrigerator were quite dirty and the cleaning staff never cleaned the room.

Liked: We booked a family suite which had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The grounds were well kept and the pool was nice. The breakfast and location was convenient. Staff was pleasant.
Disliked: Our room was not clean, it had not been vacuumed in awhile. There was hair and mold in the shower and a dead cockroach in the closet. A big one, the whole week we were there. It was not adequately supplied. 3 sets of everything for a 6 person room. We had to constantly ask for things, more towels, toilet paper, soap, lightbulbs. We never did get the lightbulbs. There were many broken things. It has potential to be very pleasant but has been evidently neglected. Thank you to the staff who helped when they could!
