Disliked: When I checked our they tried to charge my credit card for the incidentals when it was already on hold. So it kept denying it. Then I asked if I owed the balance and told me no then tried charging my card for 21 cents.

Disliked: It looked like it needed maintenance there was lots of damage on the bathroom doors. And when I booked the reservation I called to make sure my kids and I where next toEach others rooms and they couldn’t accommodate me so my husband has to sleep with my twoBoys in the 2 week bedroomSuite while my daughter and I shared the long room

Awesome staycation w my daughter...

Liked: I just absolutely loved being able to bring my dog. The room was cleaner than more expensive four plus star hotels I’ve stayed at. Even tho pets are allowed. I never smelled animals.
Disliked: I think any place that has an ample uncovered/ungated parking lot just has absolutely no reason to be charging for parking. That’s ridiculous.

It was fine.

Liked: Breakfast was okay; not a great selection.
Disliked: Some Staff seemed to be in bad moods.

Liked: Great location. Close to Stonebriar Mall.
Disliked: There was no bar soap to wash your face with. They just had shower gel which was odd.
