Disliked: Terrible! There are no housekeepers to clean the room, they don’t make the bed, and they don’t even enter the room until after five days of stay. In other words, you pay to stay in a hotel, but it feels like an Airbnb ( small) . Disgusting! We had planned to stay for three nights, but we decided to leave. Disgusting!

Disliked: We arrive to check-in at 4:30pm and were told the room was not ready; it was almost 5... We had to wait in the Lobby. A chubby receptionist offered a drink and snack as some form of compensation to my 2 daughters then proceeded to elevate her voice at them when they were looking through and deciding. She treated them as if they were stealing when she's the one that made the offer. Upon settling into our room, we headed to the pool. The smell of chlorine was so strong it burned our throats as soon as we entered the room where the pool is. I have asthma; it triggered a painful cough and tightness. We let the night supervisor know. He was a young man. He closed the pool to "investigate". We saw him the next day. He stated whoever cleaned the pool the previous day overused chlorine. Very dangerous and deadly situation. We stayed 5 nights and received proper housekeeping on the last 2 nights after complaining a couple of times regarding the situation. We were told by the same receptionist it was in the system for housekeeping was unsure how they missed it twice. It was a very unpleasant experience. We will definitely be staying elsewhere next time.
