Liked: The location was great: Easy in/easy out and close to everywhere we were going. The needs we're SO comfortable, and the black-out blinds were a nice bonus. We wish we had time to try out the pool, because I heard after the fact that it was heated AND salt water! We had just shelled out all of our money for our daughter's wedding - ha ha! - so the free breakfast was much appreciated. Staff was very kind and helpful. The walk-in shower was Awesome! The kitchen island in the den suite worked great for wedding hair and makeup!
Disliked: Our TV wouldn't connect to their Chromecast, so we couldn't unwind with a movie as planned. The fridge in the "den suite" was the same size (small) as in the other rooms. We would have really appreciated having breakfast go later than 9 a.m., because we were on vacation.

Liked: Was clean, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No hot water for showering on Saturday. Staff reset the system. Water was then fine. Only warm water on Sunday. This problem seem to only be on the 3rd floor as other family member on the 2nd floor had no problem. The refrigerators did not get very cold for our drinks and left over food.

Liked: Everything was great. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The pool got a little crowded with kids. They were a little rowdy but just being kids. My daughter isn't the strongest of swimmers, so she gets a little scared.

Great hotel with amazing breakfast...

Liked: Friendly and very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Excellent facilities, clean hotel and comfortable beds. It was nice to be able to use the free bicycle provided by the hotel to tour the city. Would recommend this hotel to anybody and would stay here again.
Disliked: Since we travelled when the Columbus marathon was taking place, we could not exit or enter the parking lot of the hotel on Sunday between 7am and 2pm which we did not know about when we booked the hotel. We were informed about this on arrival and the day before the event too. Were told if we wanted to use the car during these hours we must move the car elsewhere. This was a bit of an inconvenience, but there were free parking close by.
