Liked: The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooms and beds were very comfortable! The complimentary breakfast had a good selection and all of the food was good!
Disliked: Paying for parking in their own lot.

Worth every penny

Liked: This property had everything we needed for our stay with the family. The saltwater pool was a plus and the location to our activities was perfect!

Nice hotel but far too...

Liked: Two loud…. I even had to move rooms one evening.

Great location to OSU/Short North/Retail....

Liked: Great Stay and location! Room was spacious and updated and CLEAN. Nice to have an updated shower with HOT water and pressure. Kitchen was a bonus-we did not need it all but would be great if you had kids or stayed longer. LARGE swivel TV was great too-staff was friendly and helpful too!
Disliked: Breakfast was ok. Did not refill items throughout the time frame so much of is was already empty. Also out of to go coffee cups which was no ideal. Wish they offered bottled water in the room.

Superb

Liked: The breakfast was great each day, and the fitness center is probably the nicest hotel fitness center I have ever seen with lots of equipment. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable and nice. I had a nice view out over the Olentangy river. Also, the tiny kitchen (i.e. a coffee maker and mini fridge) was surprisingly well stocked with glasses and cups. A little thing, but kind of nice.
Disliked: The only complaint I have is very minor: the shower door didn't seal on one side, so there was always a puddle on the floor after showering. However, the provided towels easily took care of that.
