Excellent quality hotel and staff.

Liked: Concert i came 2 1/2 hours to see got canceled, so i picked a close location with a reasonable stay for cost, last minute. Staff was all so friendly and made the out of town experience feel safe and comfortable.
Disliked: Didn't like the french fries, but i was starving and ate them amyway, no biggie.

Disliked: We couldn’t check in until about 3:30 when checkin was supposed be at 3. The lady at the counter said there is nothing they can do when everyone checks in at 3.

Disliked: Booking.com was terrible with customer service. Tried to cancel my 1st day of reservation 48 ahead but was told they had to contact property. No response and property canceled my reservation and charged me as a now show. Fortunately manager at property handled it professionally. Will not be using Booking.com as the customer service and website navigation are terrible.
