Liked: Location is perfect for those doing business in Evanston
Disliked: Breakfast was so poor. Coffee machine broken when I first arrived, changed after I claimed, but still coffee with the filters provided In the room was a terrible taste. Laundry located in second floor accessible by payment which is ok but the washing machines and dryers were dirty and very old. The stuff is not so friendly.

Liked: I was double charged for my stay. It’s the first time I met such a problem. So many hotels I booked, this is the only one that messed up the payment process. I texted Hyatt through the platform of Booking, nobody responded.

Comfortable.

Liked: Close to restaurants, shops and parks. Convenient parking available.
Disliked: Not applicable.
