I would do this again without any hesitation. Room was clean with everything you need/expect.

Liked: Very close to the venue in a very nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and activity.
Disliked: Nothing.

Clean; safe; reasonable.

Liked: Convenient; clean; reasonable for Chicago.
Disliked: Nothing bad.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, nice atmosphere.
Disliked: Lack of on site parking. Lack of space in front of hotel to allow patrons to bring their belongings inside.

Disliked: No way to contact property through booking.com.. text messaging only . Very odd.

Liked: A like the privacy in the entrance, no one can enter (safety) if they do not have the hotel's key. Breakfast was really good and also the installations. Nice area and very accessible.
Disliked: Price little higher than expected

It’s not the room that...

Liked: Tv has channels, offered 3 complimentary bottled water, and pool.
Disliked: It was not the room that we booked. We booked a suite that was supposed to have a kitchen in it, but the room they gave us has none. We were so tired and didnt wanna move or change rooms, so we just made it work. Also when j got there to check in which was more than an hour past our check in time, the receptionist said that they might not have an available 2 queen beds room since i just booked it that morning. Like what? I still reserved and booked it, so it should be available for me.

Liked: staff was so kind & friendly . front desk receptionist christian took great care of us and answered all our questions . we did a last minute reservation after having issues at the sheridan and it was a complete relief coming here and the hospitality that was given. thank you
