Look elsewhere before you stay...

Liked: Breakfast was solid, self service laundry.
Disliked: Property is worn and needs to be updated. Maintenance shortcuts everywhere. I stayed seven days and had my room cleaned ONCE. Unacceptable. Rooms should be cleaned DAILY.

Small apartment-like suite with Hyatt...

Liked: Well designed space with a full kitchen and plenty of space. It fit our needs perfect. Wonderful shower.
Disliked: Aspects of the room are looking tired. The decor and lighting are very gray, so not terrible, but far from great. There were a couple of maintenance issues. Nothing terrible.

I came for Chicago Marathon...

Liked: As a first time visitor to the US glad I came to Schaumburg and Hyatt House in particular. The location is spot on serene.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike other then housekeeping being just a tad bit lazy in picking up the trash when asked a few times but the on site manager his prompt response to come to the room himself not that is GRADE A in my books.
