Not the experience I was...

Liked: The room size was decent.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t very welcoming with the whole check in process. The room was stinky all the time time. I requested cleaning but they said they can only provide fresh set of towels on the same day, but that didn’t happen either. The breakfast was quite subpar and tasted stale. The point of booking a stay with Hyatt was to provide a good warm experience to my parents and none of that happened. I had to park two blocks away because even though the parking lot is empty, I’ve to pay extra for each night I stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay....

Liked: Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. The location was in a great area for families.
Disliked: Not much there for kids.

Good stay. Would consider coming...

Liked: Solid bed. Clean. Good location for us as we were going to United center. Close to subway station. Solid breakfast
Disliked: Old windows. Could be a bit noise from the main road.

Very poor

Liked: Close to united center
Disliked: The floors and the bathroom/ toilet were pretty gross
