Liked: I took my 11 year old & his friend for a mini vacation. I booked a queen bedroom suite. It felt like we were in a 1 bedroom apartment. The lounging area was large with a nice small kitchen. I was able to sleep in as needed with the door that closed off the bedroom. I could see how this would be a great place to stay of extended for various reasons. I saw several pets, which showed me that the establishment is very pet friendly. All of the staff were amazing & very welcoming. It felt as if we were coming home to our own little condo every evening. We all enjoyed breakfast every morning. I absolutely loved the location because it was very quiet. We did have a short drive to downtown Charleston to visit the market and tour the city. Although we weren't right in the city, I enjoyed the peace and calmness of the Hyatt House in Mt Pleasant. I will definitely be staying again & again. This place helped us have an amazing time with much needed time away from home after suffering a traumatized loss last year.
