I would stay here again
Liked: The hotel was nice and clean. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was nice and decent . Restaurants were and stores were in walking distance.
Disliked: Our room only had 1 television.

A good hotel in a...
Liked: The suite was lovely, the fitness centre was a little small, but better stocked than most hotel gyms. The location is of course near pefect. Also the lifts here are great, really fast. I've stayed in a lot of hotels recently and many of them have slow lifts that keep you waiting for ages, not so here.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't as good as i was expecting. As for the expensive car parking, the lady at reception told me they have no influence over the price and don't run or control the car park next door, so you either pay the $47 per day (midnight to mid day) fee and take the trade off of convenience or saving some cash and walking from futher away with your luggage.

Going down hill
Liked: Great location. The valet was excellent. Expensive but excellent
Disliked: The staff has a “No” attitude. Not very customer service focused.They were rude about their free 2 waters policy. If they had explained it in a better way (need to be a Hyatt rewards member) maybe we would have joined. We were just asking for water because it used to be included. No need to be rude and dismissive. In my opinion a good outcome would have been to explain and then give us the water anyway.
