Liked: Everything was amazing from check in to the room.
Disliked: The rooftop bar gets overcrowded by normal people off the street so much that the guest can't even order a drink. Maybe consider an hour for guest only? If your going to promote it as a MAJOR ATTRACTION for the hotel guest like myself would like the chance to try to enjoy it.

The location was good, but...

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: We had to pay for parking each night in the amount of $47. The hotel didn't provide any discount for the fact that we were staying at the property. Also, the bathroom door didn't close properly.We liked the Pour Room, but it was freezing.

Liked: Didn’t stay due to no water running
Disliked: They knew about a water shortage problem 3 days before our stay, they failed to communicate that with us. Showed to check in and that’s when they informed us. Had to book another hotel on the spot. Bad management.

Disliked: Rooms were out dated, tv was not working well, and located in the kitchen area. The bathroom did not have nice looking counters. The hotel room had nothing about the restaurants and bars that were located outside the hotel. No water bottles. Just plain
