Check-in unacceptable.
Disliked: Arrived at the hotel at 1:30 asked if we could check in, knowing that stated check-in time was 3:00. Room was not ready. Told to return in 30-45 minutes. We departed and left for a leisure lunch to return to the hotel at 4:00. Was told room was not ready, would be another 30 minutes. We were given keys to the room at 4:45!! SAme thing happened to another family attempting to check-in. One family was given keys only to find that that room was occupied. Unacceptable.
