This is a great place to stay. We were seeing a show at the 1st Bank Center - there is a RTD bus nearby that can get you to and from the shows or, Denver and Boulder. Great rooms. Great staff. 5+++.

Liked: The place was clean, smelled good. Room was immaculate and lovely.
Disliked: No negatives.

The hotel was awesome, my only disappointment is that it is 4 miles from the 1st Bank Center, not less than 1 as advertised on this website. (The fine print says the measurement is a straight line from the venue....but who goes off of that?) Anyways, thought we would be able to walk but ended up having to pay for transportation. Everything else was spectacular

Disliked: The HVAC in the room was absurdly loud.Furnishings are showing their age.Breakfast: same as you get in a 2 star motel.

Disliked: I thought my reservation was for Holiday Inn across the street. I wanted to swim and sit in a hot tub. And Hyatt didn't have that .
