Very disappointed

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Loved having my eggs cooked the way I like them.
Disliked: The layout of our room. To have the only bathroom be in the bedroom. Our friends who stayed with us had to come into our room at night to use the bathroom. And speaking of the bathroom. It was so small that you had to take tiny steps around the toilet to get the door closed, which squeaked. And our friend slept on the pull out couch and said it was very uncomfortable. We expected better off a Hyatt hotel.

Disliked: Location tricky to drive into. Property and other guests were loud at late hours. Fire alarm went off at midnight on my first night that ruined my entire night of sleep and caused a raging migraine for 3 days after.

Liked: All staff were very helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a self serve with a great selection. Omelettes made to order and were excellent. Overall a fantastic stay and my negatives don’t affect your stay.
Disliked: Dining area is a little clinical and the carpeting getting a little dated

Liked: Accommodation was very comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was somewhat chaotic and food items were not always topped up. Mouldy bread was not what you would expect. Tables and floors were not cleared or cleaned where food had been spilled.
