Disliked: Room was not ready when we arrived. Staff would not give key card for pool to be used while waiting for our room to be ready. Family was then locked in pool area…..my children and mother all whom can’t swim independently! Walked around building to ask staff to let them out sine no card to get into building that we purchased for that time. They did not. Luckily another guest was able to help tho. Then when room cards brought out when room was “ ready”. We went up to room about 20 minutes later still carrying all bags and staff was in there cleaning the room. She told us how she told them another room was ready and not this one. We left our belongings there instead of bringing them all down to front desk to let them know that the room that they told me was ready is in fact still not ready!!! Staff members there just pass blame down. Not one I’m sorry for the inconvenience or anything. So we stayed in room being cleaned because we were exhausted after driving all day to get there. I have been to some awful places in the past but this one takes the cake!!! Will differently never take family to this establishment again.
