Disliked: The first room we were given stunk of smoke so badly we couldn't stay there one minute. After waiting for a new room, we were moved to a room next to a very noisy machine room, which vibrated loudly into our room.After moving a third time, I asked for a credit for one of the 2 nights we paid for, and the night manager promised to adjust our bill.The next morning, I checked out, but the night manager failed as promised to adjust our bill. No one at the front desk was informed of this promise.After threatening to stop payment on the entire bill, the day manager finally said they would give us a refund for one night.

Not having an EV station...

Liked: Nice enough hotel. It is starting to need a remodel.
Disliked: The charge for parking is absolutely ridiculous! One must download an app and pay via that app!! Why not pay via the desk is beyond me. Additionally, there are no EV stations. Pay for parking but get nothing. TERRIBLE!!

I think there should be...

Liked: Christina Russo was very kind and helpful, I asked Christina about a room that was in a quiet area she had picked a room that was very accommodating.
Disliked: The room was nice a few things I did bring to Christina's attention the furniture was dusty,the glass sliding door was off track which is dangerous, the carpet smells like cigarettes,draft under windows which let heat out. Christina offered me another room I declined due to being very tired and it was only for a night.
