Very nice rooms walking distance...
Liked: Walking distance to 6th st. & Stub's. May have to catch a ride if going to a game and/or Moody during the day but it's not a terrible walk back at night.
Disliked: Parking is street parking or valet.

Disliked: We arrived after 8pm and could enter the building. I waived at the man behind the counter and he ignored me. I called the intercom and no answered. I could see the employee behind the counter. Finally a guest left opening the doors and we entered and walked to the counter to check in. Employee acted like he never saw us, disappointed

Liked: Lovely clean modern hotel. Great size room.
Disliked: Location. A lot of homesless druggie types wondering the streets around the hotel. We didnt feel safe walking about.

Disliked: Noisy , music and loud noise coming from outside till after 12 AM on a Sunday night … not enough lighting outside. Had a fall coming in hotel at night

Liked: After complaining about the air conditioning noise, we were upgraded to a gorgeous room.. with a kitchen.. spacious. King size bed. The staff was friendly, and the manager called our room to hear if our noise problem was solved. Much appreciated!!Breakfast was nice.The hotel has a good valet service.
Disliked: Very noisy air conditioning. In all rooms. Really above average. Even though we were on floor 6, there was terrible noise of car racing at night. Our room faced the main entrance, Neches st.There is a homeless shelter on the next street, so we needed to make a detour when walking there in the evening.The noise really ruined it for us. Even though changing the room did make a difference. But we are light sleepers, and did not sleep well .
