Wonderful experience

Liked: The room was BIG. It had a little kitchen, island, couch, sitting room. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of space to move around. The morning breakfast was excellent. The staff incredibly friendly.

Disappointing and below the basic...

Liked: Room was good size. It has a small fitness centre not too busy.
Disliked: They couldn’t find my booking - which I had done months in advance. They said they did housekeeping only every other day, except we were staying for 4 days so that meant only one day - and that wasn’t even done because when they came on the second day in the morning my wife was still resting in the room (we had no “do not disturb” sign to avoid her being bothered and even though we then left for the whole day to attend a wedding no one cleaned the room or changed the towels. When I brought it up the next day they didn’t even do it then as they said I would need to wait to the next cleaning day (which was after checkout). No apologies, no discount, no service. Also, while the location might be “downtown”, be careful which streets you walk through to get to the real downtown as there are some seedy areas.

Liked: Breakfast provided. Location was great. Huge room with kitchen.
Disliked: Rooms were not ready when we arrived even though it was late. Valet parking required and expensive. But the service at valet was very good.

Liked: Location - if you are into BBQ, staying close to Franklin is a win! It’s also close to the 6th street restaurants, all within walking distance. Staff are super nice and kind.
Disliked: The bar next door plays loud music till 2am every morning and the hotel doesn’t have sound proof windows. Front desk gave us some ear plugs which helped a bit.

Excellent stay

Liked: Room was very big and spacious. Very good breakfast. Great Location. It was only two blocks from 6th street.
