Devastating and horrible

Liked: Absolutely nothing!
Disliked: Our room was given away. There was no alternative to fit my family. We were charged for the room even though we were turned away and had to drive another 3 hours to Greenville, SC and purchase a hotel room there. A complete scam between Booking.com and the hotel. I will be filing formal complaints and requesting recorded tapes of my customer service phone call that stated I would be not charged for this experience.
