Disappointing at best.
Liked: Location to downtown was good. The room is large.
Disliked: You have to pay to park in their garage. The furniture is in poor shape, the carpet and tile were dirty. Our room had two large water damage spots on the ceiling that looked to be fixed but repaired poorly. This hotel looks new and updated online but it is not. Very over priced for what you get.

Bad
Disliked: We arrived only to be told there was no booking for us. Then we were told that Booking.com had cancelled it a few days earlier. No communication from anyone???We had to find another hotel to stay last minute. Not good at all.

Nice Hotel. I would stay...
Liked: The hotel was very clean. David from the Front desk was always accommodating and friendly. He was a person that knew what customer service meant. I also appreciate the assistance from Front desk Christian and cleaning staff to get our room ready earlier since we arrived early afternoon. The fitness center was clean and spacious. I like that it was 24hrs. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. I like that there was a microwave and a fridge with a freezer. The couch was nice too. I booked the King studio suite. The walk-in shower had a anti-slip mat. Breakfast was good the first day. I appreciate the to-go boxes and bags to allow guests to take back up to their rooms. Pancakes instead of the usual waffles you see was a good touch. There is a bar on an upper floor and a parking garage, but I did not use either. The location is close to nearby restaurants and outlets as well. I liked the security. you had to swipe your room card to get on your floor. You also had to swipe room card to get into the building after 11. I also like that check out is at 12 noon so you can sleep in a little more.
Disliked: There were only a few things I didn't like. There was a lack of variety in breakfast after first day. By the 3rd day, soggy French toast sticks were served with overcooked bacon. There was not a lot of options for pastries or muffins (no blueberry at all). Only 2 or 3 options for bagels. Besides cereal, there wasn't much to choose from on the remaining days. I would like to see more variety and options. Another thing was the very high prices for the rooms. I booked hotel in May of 2024 and prices were over $600 for 3 day stay. I kept checking back every month and price only got higher. I've never paid so much to stay at any hotel in Georgia. However, at least the stay was comfortable. Lastly, getting an early check-in was like pulling teeth. I sent messages to the property weeks before advising I would be arriving early for my girlfriend's birthday celebration. When I arrived at around 1pm I had to wait until around 2:30pm to get a room. I had already been in town since morning due to an early flight and was tired. I understand check-in normally starts at 4 but I've never had an issue getting a room earlier. Thankfully i finally got settled in. But overall no main issues. Hopefully the breakfast improves in the future. All in all I enjoyed my stay.
