Just something to consider

Liked: Beautiful property, great location and amazing views from the rooftop. Room was fairly clean. Nothing really stood out as dirty or nasty. All interaction with any staff was incredibly pleasant, with the exception of the General Manager, Jamie.
Disliked: So I feel like this should be a posted disclaimer in all of their listings.... As a guest, you have VERY MINIMAL control over the climate in your room. I am a very warm natured person. 73 is just too hot for me to be comfortable. I tried to turn on the AC to knock it down to 68 and nothing happened. Called the desk and a maintenance man came up to check it out and there was an issue with the fan. It would not blow at all. I couldn't be moved as it fully booked and I was provided with a couple box fans that sounded more like 747s preparing for take off. I visited the desk the next morning and that's where I met Jamie. Jamie was more than happy to be patronizing and respond to me as if I were a child when I told her 73 was too hot. She proceeded to tell me that it was cold outside and the whole entire building was on "heat mode" and I could leave, or deal with it but no refund of any kind was to be had and I wasn't going to be moved. "You'll just have to deal with it". Incredibly rude woman. I know I'm not the only one that's warm blooded and likes a cold room. I am also sure there are folks out there that like warmer even in summer. So I'm theory, the entire building would be in AC mode and there's nothing you would be able to do about it. $250/night to stay in a room without full control over the temperature is ridiculous. Just something to consider.

Liked: I liked the ambience of the rooftop bar, Don the bartender was great! The food was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay!
Disliked: I've stayed there a few times and I feel I paid the same price for a larger room but that might be my only gripe, it's pricey but worth it!
