Liked: The room was neat and tidy, reception, house keeping staff were helpful. however, the facilities did not help us cater adequately for our little ones - 12 months and 4 years. There was no kettle / pots with lids, to heat up water, the bins were all broken, the pool was dirty with abysmal cleaning schedules. We were not impressed with our stay and expected a bit more.

Liked: Phenomenal shower! Comfy bed and pillows. Staff was accommodating. Breakfast had variety and nice boxes to carry stuff back to room if you didn't want to eat there. Ample sitting areas in lobby. Elevators were very fast. Pool was a bit dirty but from windy conditions not neglect. Pool was relaxing with lots of seating. Garage parking was close proximity unlike nearby hotels we stayed at.We'll definitely be back next time we visit our friends here.

Overall, we were happy with...
Liked: Breakfast buffet (except for the pork issue, written in more detail below), the staff was responsive, courteous, and friendly.
Disliked: On most days, the buffet’s meat was pork and we cannot eat pork for religious reasons. Also, a kitchen cabinet handle had dried food stuck to it. Finally, for half a day, we could not use the water because it was brown with bromine coming out of it, so we could not shower, wash dishes or wash our hands for a long time.

Clean and comfortable but the...
Liked: The hotel was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The nighttime staff person was very helpful and informative. I was looking forward to the freshly made omelettes the next morning however the lady preparing them was not kind and rushed to make them, so they weren’t tasty. The pancakes weren’t hot, the toaster oven burnt the raisin toast, and there was a sign asking guests not to change the settings. There were only a few parking spaces at the hotel but there was overflow parking right across the sidestreet of the hotel which wasn’t too bad to walk across if you don’t have a lot of luggage. Nevertheless, I would stay here again.
