Liked: Breakfast was ok . They started cleaning up and removing food before time it was supposed to end .
Disliked: Asked front desk for different pillows as I am allergic to down. Never got it . Thought price was excessive for above mentioned issues .

Liked: Accommodations were nice for a fair price.
Disliked: I attended a family wedding and unfortunately had a less-than-ideal experience. Upon entering the room, I was immediately met with two concerns: a shortage of towels and an abundance of bugs. When I sought assistance from the staff to obtain additional towels, I found them more preoccupied with smoke breaks than providing guest services. Later that evening, we discovered that both television remotes were non-functional. When I inquired about this issue, the staff responded with indifference, shrugging their shoulders and rolling their eyes. To make matters worse, we found a used diaper under one of the beds. It was a truly disappointing experience.

Liked: The breakfast was alright, the room was clean.
Disliked: The staff was horribly rude, the valet parking was FORCED upon you with no other options. The attendants don't even tell you that you need a room key to operate the elevator. The staff were very rude to my young daughter. I will NEVER stay here again.
