Disliked: Warm water in both shower and bathroom sink. Limited selection of tea and no staff to help with questions.

I spent too much money...

Liked: The location of the hotel was good walking distance from a lot of attraction and close to Georgia State University which was our reason for coming to Atlanta the breakfast was pretty good too
Disliked: The toilet ran for two nights that we stayed nonstop the first night I had to get under the bathroom sink myself and fix the stopper that was stuck in the clothes position I called the front desk and the clerk told me she would let the engineer know when they came in the morning I don't know if she ever did while the renovation look nice the bathroom was not clean specifically the toilet

We enjoyed our stay because...

Liked: The room was very spacious and comfortable with plant of amenities. The location was very good, close to downtown and many of the attractions. The breakfast was good with a reasonable amount of choice.
Disliked: I had requested two rooms close by but that request was not available. The breakfast was reasonable but could have had more options for different dietary requirements. I would have preferred cutlery and crockery instead of disposable ones.

Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: Very little hot water. Lukewarm showers. Faulty outlets blew two wall cubes. Be warned that the outlet that the floor lamp is plugged into is bad. Popping noise whenever you try to plug anything into the open space. Burned out lightbulbs in lighting fixtures. Blow dryer flipped circuits. Our room was not serviced once during our 6 night stay. Our garbage was never emptied.
