Nice Stay

Liked: Liked the location, was a smooth check in. Rooms were very clean and welcoming. Thank you for the welcome gift and the breakfast options were really good. Valet guy is always on point, very attentive and had a sense of urgency when we wanted our vehicle; he never took too long. Was a little annoyed that the TV remotes were not good and one did not work. Love the chrome cast in the room but could have had more pillows and/or cushions for couches in the suites. The shower and water pressure needs to be stronger. Also the room needs some texture textiles, like black out drapes, the shades you have faces East and that morning sun is too bright for those shades and lets in too much sun in the morning; but overall lovely stay and thank you very much.

Liked: Great location. Walking distance to Georgia Aquarium and Coca Cola museum. Nice size room; well appointed and beds comfortable. Breakfast good.
Disliked: Staff at check-in/check out very pleasant. Security deposit high ($150) and overnight parking valet only $55 per night which is pricey in my opinion. You can park on the street however. There is a bar (H Bar) on site; supposed to open at 5pm. It is now 6:09pm and it has yet to open which is disappointing. Bartender not rude but not friendly.

Liked: $55 Valet is ridiculous for that location. Also didn't read Anything online of parking or $150 accidents fee. Was told by front desk they had a restaurant at the bar that opens at 5pm. Called down later and was told they wasn't sure if it will open tonight. Fire alarm what off and everyone had to leave out. My kids were so afraid
