Disliked: Sofa bed was horrible for my kids, and windows shades had stains all over. Restaurant menu is not what is posted online. Couldn't use the pool or gym because there was always teens hanging out in the pool table area and blasting inappropriate music.

Disliked: The first night we listened to the elevator all night. We moved room but there were several broken or missing items in the room we moved to. The second room as smelled like wet dog when we first entered. The air in the master did not seem to cool properly. The property over all was very dated and was need of repair.
