Liked: Pool view is only a pool view if you’re room is in the east wing otherwise it’s parking lot and the pool looks like a distant spec in the parking lot. Also, elevators are REALLY far from the west wing. I think this is because there are businesses (Walgreens, Starbucks, dim sum, etc,) are along the bottom floor so elevators can only be in the middle of the building where the lobby is located. However, I think this is how they can keep their rates affordable so it is 100% worth it!! Hyatt staff is always REALLY friendly and nice! Like the best I’ve experienced and we travel ALOT! (Hilton and Wyndham members) Hyatts always the best when it comes to customer service. Thank you for the hospitality!

Liked: Breakfast was good. Close to disney. Nice parking area for hotel guests.
Disliked: Price was high

Liked: Close to convention center, Starbucks, Blaze pizza right there, family suite allowed two co-workers to stay in same room but with privacy for both.
Disliked: The room floors smelled like sewage when we arrived, as did the parking garage the whole time. Top blanket on queen bed was stained. Sink water in bathroom was murky.

Overpriced hotel that needs repairs...

Liked: Our room was not clean. There were stains on the floor, the room smelled, not sure clean sheets were on the bed, bathroom sink was filled with water and wouldn’t drain when we arrived. The breakfast was just ok.
