Liked: I liked the staff they were awesome i also liked the breakfast.
Disliked: Sunday the breakfast was suppose to close at 10 but was closed at 9:30 or alil before 9:30 are you able to keep the schedule on time with opening and closing?

Liked: We always stay here most of our friends book here and we used to love this place or any hyatt hotel.
Disliked: The fire alarm on the other room that I booked (I booked 2 rooms) I guess the battery is empty that’s why it keeps on beeping and it’s annoying. They don’t have maintenance that can change the battery so in short nobody slept on that room because it’s annoying. I told about it when I checked out and they said that she read the comments but never apologize or do something to compensate of the inconvenience and they said there are complains for how loud we are last night. We stopped the music at 10pm. Yes there are kids but they are teenagers and they’re just playing on their phones. And if there are really complains why they didn’t call us or knock on the door because they said one of the guests checked out because we are loud how come nobody warned us? Because we are not really loud and my visitors left early too that night but she’s insisting we are too loud. I’m so dissappointed!

Great visit to beautiful Anchorage...

Liked: Hyatt House in Anchorage is easy to access from the airport. The proximity to main roads makes it a great base while in Anchorage. The staff was wonderful and upgraded us at no cost. The room was very clean, roomy, and comfortable. They also have breakfast options in the morning.
