Comfortable stay with all the...

Liked: Excellent breakfast. There is a shuttle to the theme parks, but the 20 minute walk was quicker, and you go through the shorter valet parking security line. The gym had up to 50 lb weights, threadmiles and the pool was next to it. The room was stocked well with utensils, plates, bowls and cups. Microwave, refrigerator, stove and 2 TVs we could stream from our phones. Also USB ports on the alarm clock.

Front desk staff was amazing...

Liked: Extremely convenient to restaurants and the theme park!!!
Disliked: Rooms are close to $400 per night and parking IS NOT included!!!!!!!!!!

Good value for money, great...

Liked: Great location, near Universal Studios and shopping outlets. Staff is very nice and pleasant.
Disliked: Beds were too soft for my taste, breakfast could be better.
