Disappointment! Even in desperation

Liked: Very ick, very meh. Used to be our favorite. Sad I had to leave a review like this.#bakingsodaorgetnewmatressesplease!The room felt very moist, damp & musty & even the beds felt damp. If a 9 year old could sense "the bed feels icky & the pillows smell like pee" that's definitely a problem.This was our favorite "go to" hotel. But it just smells like a public pool locker room in there. The hallways were very hot & so was the elevator.The food feels & tastes like they prepare it at midnight & leave it under a hot light until bkfst begins at 6:30. I ran to a Disney resort & definitely didn't mind paying extra. #EW!
